WHAT IT ENTAILS

55HART daily checklist

A daily commitment to the following items:

  • Eat Healthy. Follow a diet of your choosing as long as it is alcohol-free and rich in nutrients, with limited sugar intake. 

  • Be Kind to Your Body. Workout at least once a day for 45 minutes.

  • Stay Hydrated. Drink 1 gallon of water per day.

  • Learn Something New. Read 10 pages of nonfiction each day. The book, article, and/or subject matter is your choice.  

  • Be Accountable. Complete daily accountability questions. Accessible once you login (see top right “LOGIN” button to begin). Take a photo of your progress, daily.

  • Strengthen Your Social Media Presence. Post to your Instagram and/or Facebook Feed once per day. Post 7 Instagram stories a day. Comment on 20 different accounts a day on Instagram and/or Facebook. Consider accounts that are not already following you.

  • Grow & Strengthen Your Network. Call your Sphere of Influence (SOI) and Professional Sphere of Influence (PSOI).

  • Stay Top-of-Mind in Your Industry. Send 3 Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) emails every day. 

  • Be Consistent. Everything listed above is a daily task. No breaks. No exceptions. If you miss a day, you start back at day one.
